Bill Lenz's practice focuses primarily on transactional real estate, land use, and corporate matters. He assists clients in a variety of areas, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, loans, and real estate purchases, sales, or leases. Bill consults with a number of business clients to review and negotiate commercial contracts. In addition to a transactional practice, Bill's practice includes aiding clients in commercial or contractual civil disputes.
Before joining the firm, Bill was a summer associate at Witherspoon Kelley and spent another summer as a law clerk for the Honorable Sara Darrow of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. During law school, Bill was the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law and participated in moot court competitions. Bill is involved in various nonprofit boards in the greater Spokane community.
