Witherspoon Kelley is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years' experience, with outstanding academic credentials (top third in class), and excellent research and writing skills to join our firm's business transaction group in the Spokane office. Experience in tax law is preferred, but not required. The applicant must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington and be in good standing with the Bar Associations in the states in which he/she is licensed to practice.
