Legislators have moved quickly in response to the #Me Too movement. Several new laws limiting sexual harassment nondisclosure agreements and expanding gender-based Equal Pay Act protections are a few of the changes that have taken or will take effect on June 7, 2018. Recent Washington case law also expands existing anti-discrimination laws regarding employer liability for employees' harassment of customers.
