Shelley Ripley practices in the areas of banking, real estate, business and corporate matters, and creditors’ and insolvency issues.

Shelley has considerable experience in advising financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues.  She also has experience in commercial loan documentation and commercial loan workouts, and represents creditors in all aspects of collection, including bankruptcy, real estate foreclosures and receivorships.  In addition to working with financial institutions, she assists clients with asset and stock purchase transactions and represents clients in all aspects of the landlord/tenant relationship.
