Bob Lamp’s practice includes estate planning, probate, probate litigation, agricultural law and real estate. Prior to his work with Witherspoon Kelley, he was employed by the Office of the Code Reviser, and served as Assistant Attorney General from 1967 to 1971. Bob also served as a Captain in the Armor branch of the U.S. Army from 1965-1967.

Bob provides a broad spectrum of services for his clients. These services include drafting wills, powers of attorney, and quit claim deeds, to more sophisticated instruments including trust and estate plans designed to minimize estate and generation skipping tax.
