Max Etter has a litigation practice focusing on personal injury, products liability, and commercial law in state and federal courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants since 1966. He has been a Superior Court arbitrator since 1985 and a professional mediator since 1988.

Max regularly represents individuals in personal injury cases on a broad range of claims. He also handles disputes between businesses and individuals concerning product liability.
