Patricia Johnson’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Witherspoon Kelley, Patricia served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, representing federal lenders in bankruptcy and litigation matters, and as corporate counsel for Northwest Farm Credit Services and a group of regulated lenders.

Patricia has more than 30 years of experience in structuring and documenting complex commercial, construction, and development loans, handling creditor-debtor issues, and negotiating complex loan workouts and foreclosures. She is also skilled in managing money judgment suits and bankruptcies, as well as advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters impacting regulated financial institutions.
