Nathan Smith practices primarily in the areas of land use, environmental, municipal, water, and real estate law.

Nathan has experience assisting in the procurement of land use entitlements, the representation of clients before local permitting authorities and representation in land use appeals.  Nathan also counsels and advises municipal entities on issues including compliance with state law, design, bid and build issues, public records, and open public meetings.  Nathan's real estate practice includes the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements.
