Mike Nienstedt has served the business interests of local and national companies in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho for over 30 years. His practice focuses on business and employment law. After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles Powell, United States District Court Judge, Mike entered private practice. Mike also served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.

Mike regularly advises clients with respect to all aspects of transactions involving leasing, purchase and sale of businesses, and employment matters. He also has extensive experience with litigation related to his practice.
