Matt Crotty focuses his practice on civil litigation. Prior to his work at Witherspoon Kelley, Matt served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army, including a tour with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He continues to serve as an officer in the Washington Army National Guard.

Matt represents members of the Armed Forces Reserves in lawsuits involving violations of the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act ("USERRA"). Matt has done so in forums ranging from Miami, Florida to Los Angeles, California and places in between.
