Mary Giannini has over 20 years of experience advising healthcare providers. Prior to joining Witherspoon Kelley, she was a law clerk for the Idaho Supreme Court.  She was the coordinator of hospital services for a California hospital council, and Director of Planning and Implementation for a healthcare planning network for the State of Idaho.

Mary consults with providers on compliance with fraud aid abuse and Stark laws, and compliance method implementation of health information and security laws. She drafts and negotiates healthcare contracts, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. She assists practitioners in practice management issues, including employment, contracting, reimbursement, health and safety, and antitrust issues.
