Mary Giannini has over 20 years of experience advising healthcare providers. Prior to joining Witherspoon Kelley, she served as the coordinator of hospital services for a California hospital council, and as Director of Planning and Implementation for a healthcare planning network for the State of Idaho.

Mary consults with providers on compliance and implementation of health information and security, as well as compliance with fraud and abuse and Stark laws. She drafts and negotiates healthcare contracts, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. She assists practitioners in practice management issues, including employment, contracting, reimbursement, health and safety, and antitrust issues.
