Tom Connolly practices primarily in the fields of taxation and estate planning, with special expertise in ERISA (qualified and non-qualified plans and Section 409A issues). In 1990, he founded the Health Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association. Tom also served in the U.S. Army from 1966-1970, including a tour in the Republic of Vietnam from 1969-1970.
Tom has extensive experience working with both corporate and business clients on issues relating to limited liability companies, physician practices and joint ventures, reorganizations, and related matters.
