Joel Hazel's practice encompasses the areas of commercial and business litigation, professional malpractice defense, eminent domain, and employment law. Joel has tried numerous jury trials as lead counsel.

Joel has recently worked on cases involving construction litigation, Real Estate Commission disputes, eminent domain litigation, employment complaints filed with the Human Rights Commission and EEOC, libel and slander claims against media defendants, medical malpractice defense, real property disputes, and media access issues.
