Jody McCormick's practice is focused in the areas of banking, secured transactions, general business and real estate. Her clients include financial and lending institutions, creditors, business owners and real estate owners.

Jody has extensive experience handling loan workouts, debt restructuring, and complex commercial loan documentation with emphasis on collateralized loans. She also advises creditors on their rights in insolvency proceedings. Jody regularly advises clients on judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receivership actions and other collection remedies. She also has experience with condominium creation and general business matters.
