Jennifer Simpson’s practice emphasizes banking, corporate, real estate, and creditors’ rights and insolvency law. While attending law school, Jennifer clerked for the Washington Attorney General in the Washington State University Division.

Jennifer has experience representing banking clients in lawsuits involving money judgments and foreclosures.  She also represents clients in real property disputes and the formation of corporate entities.  She has experience drafting loan documents, transactional agreements, easements, wills and purchase and sale agreements.
