Geana Van Dessel has experience in complex commercial and business litigation, including securities, banking, contract claims, and business torts.  She also has experience in employment litigation and defending class action lawsuits.  Geana's practice also includes appellate work.  Prior to her work at Witherspoon Kelley, Geana clerked for the Honorable Judge Fred Van Sickle in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
