Rick Dullanty has over 36 years of experience in land use, water rights, environmental, real property, and municipal law. Prior to entering private practice, Rick was employed for six years by the City of Spokane as an Assistant City Attorney.

Rick represents both developers and citizen groups in all aspects of land use matters including representation before courts and governmental agencies. He has extensive experience with commercial development, shoreline regulation, subdivision development, real property leasing, and purchase and sale agreements. He has also been active in growth management on behalf of his clients and the development industry.

Rick has presented many papers and is a frequent speaker at various continuing legal education seminars.
