Edward Anson has extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts, focusing on cases involving real property, banking, title insurance, employment, and mining law. He has practiced law in Idaho since 1977. He served as counsel to the City of Wallace for eight years, and has served as general counsel to a national bank and a state-chartered bank. Edward joined Witherspoon Kelley in 1987 when the firm opened its Coeur d’Alene office.
