Dennis Davis has served clients in North Idaho for over 30 years with his work in real estate, business and commercial transactions, corporate law, and government relations. He was an Idaho State Senator from 1989 to 1994 and served as Assistant Minority Leader in 1993-1994. Dennis was appointed by the Idaho State Bar to a six-year term on the Idaho Judicial Council, completing his service in 2005.
Dennis handles a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as counseling numerous small to national-sized companies on issues including contracts, commercial transactions, real estate acquisition and development, employment matters and corporate law.
