Dave Knutson’s practice incorporates a wide range of business and personal matters, most of which involve some aspect of tax planning.

Dave counsels clients on business formation, operations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate tax planning. He assists clients with the administration of probates and trusts, and handles complex 1031 exchanges. He also advises clients in the creation and qualification of nonprofit corporations, as well as counseling corporate boards on governance and operational issues.
