On-Campus Interviews 

Witherspoon Kelley is committed to attracting the best talent from regional law schools.  We routinely conduct On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) at law schools across the Pacific Northwest. During on-campus recruiting, Witherspoon Kelley seeks out summer associates and may also seek out third-year law students to join the firm as associates, depending on our needs.  We generally extend offers to outstanding candidates identified from the summer associate program to join the firm as associates following their Bar examinations. Each year we also recruit legal interns for fall, winter, and spring quarters.
