The lawyers in our group are experts in federal, state and local tax and routinely advise both business and individual clients on income, business and occupation, employment, excise, sales and property taxes.
Witherspoon Kelley represents a wide variety of buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in every type of industrial, commercial and residential real estate transaction. As the largest real estate practice in the Inland Northwest, we handle environmental land use and zoning work for both developers and retailers, in conjunction with the preparation of documentation.
